Bagel Brunch Pop-up, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wood-fired bagel selections will include plain, sesame, everything, onion and poppy. Bagel toppings include housemade beet-salmon gravlax, smoked sturgeon and pickled herring in cream sauce. Available as a flight, four kinds of caviar will be available: Laval premium sturgeon, smoked trout roe, Laval Royal Osetra and Alaskan Salmon roe. Also on the menu is chicken liver toast with pickled cherries and hazelnuts. Of course, staying true to their Italian roots, Prosecco mimosas will be served.
